GPT – Just won’t cut it

Team Game Production is an industry geared class that takes proposed game concepts from students and narrows them down to one by with pitches and voting. Once the concept has been chosen the concept will be worked on  for three quarters, covering pre-production, production, and post-production. The class is split in to four teams: Design & Concept, Character, Environment, and Tech. In the final weeks of post production the cycle begins a new and new game concepts are proposed. I’ve come into the class for quarter three. The team is still in production but working towards post.

Does it tile?

A bow never becomes useless #01

A new quarter, a new project, and two new classes…as one. Advanced Level Design and a portfolio driven class are a big focus for me this quarter. These two classes have given me the advantage of dedicating time to one project.  Since the project spans two classes we have given our selves multiple focus’s. The project itself is team based.

I’ll be working with:

Tyler Devogal – Level Design and Character Artist
Patrick Graham – Environement Artist
Bryan Zuk – Environment Design and Prop Design
Me – Tech Design and Weapon Design

In a future post I’ll share more on the project itself and some links to a project thread. For now some silhouettes
